Правовая база
Poland's IVF legislation (Act on Infertility Treatment, 2015) allows IVF for married and cohabiting heterosexual couples. Anonymous egg and sperm donation are legal. Embryo donation is permitted. Surrogacy is not specifically regulated but generally not practiced. PGT is available. A maximum of 6 embryos can be created per cycle. Poland offers quality treatment at lower costs than Western Europe.
